How to apply for an undergraduate course

International students (Australian campuses) must apply as Future international students.

Off-shore students in Singapore and Hong Kong must apply through APMI Kaplan.


Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) applications

Applications for undergraduate level degrees are made through Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC). Students apply online via VTAC website and send additional hard-copy documentation to VTAC. All this information is then forwarded to us for the selection process. Information about VTAC and how to apply can be found at VTAC website or in the VTAC Guide that becomes available in July every year and can be purchased from newsagents.

Graduates of initial teacher education degrees are eligible to apply for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. For teacher registration requirements in other states and overseas, please check with your local teacher registration authority.

Please note that the following degrees are non-teaching degrees:

  • Bachelor of Sport and Outdoor Recreation
  • Bachelor of Business and Commerce / Bachelor of Sport and Outdoor Recreation

Extra requirements for VTAC applicants 2009

Sport and Outdoor Recreation courses - All non-year 12 applicants must complete the relevant section of the online Monash University Supplementary Information form by 28 September.

Direct entry applications

Applications for the following courses are made directly to the Faculty using an online application.

Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development

Note: This course will not have an intake in 2009. For further information about the Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development please contact Education course enquiries at Clayton campus.

Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies

To apply for the Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies:

  1. Complete and submit an online application
  2. Download the Credit Application Form from the Student Forms web page.
  3. Return the Credit Application Form to the Faculty of Education, Peninsula campus, by 30 November, 2008.
