Assignment cover sheet

The Assignment Cover Sheet for Faculty of Education units can be found on your my.monash portal site.

This cover sheet is customised with your details and, importantly, with a barcode representing your student ID. It is available from:

http://my.monash.edu/

After logging into this site you will find the units for which you are enrolled listed down the left hand side of the page.

Click on the unit for which you require the cover sheet (not the "Go" link which takes you to the WebCT page) and you find a link to the cover sheet on the page you are taken to.
