Submitting your thesisThe following documents are required for submission to examiners.
You should organize a time to meet with your supervisor to have the submission forms signed prior to submission. These documents and your thesis should then be submitted to the Coursework Office in the Faculty of Education, Clayton campus. Off campus students should submit their thesis and submission forms directly to the Coursework Office in the Faculty. The thesis and documents will then be forwarded to your supervisor for approval and signature. Examination time frameThe examination of Masters theses takes approximately FOUR MONTHS. If you are required to complete any minor corrections, or if there is a disagreement between examiners over the grade, the process will be longer. Once all corrections have been completed, two final copies must be submitted; one hard bound and one perfect (glue) bound. Application to graduateStudents can apply to graduate when they have submitted their thesis for examination. However, students can only graduate once their thesis has been examined, all corrections completed and a final hard bound copy of the thesis submitted to the Faculty. If the examination process has not been completed by the graduation date students will be withdrawn from the Graduation list.
