Purpose

The Faculty Forum allows each of the major portfolio areas to consult with members of the Faculty in advance of major decision making.

3 Faculty Environment for Staff and Students

This portfolio incudes, for example:

  • HR, career progression and PDP / PMS
  • academic workload
  • equity and diversity
  • work-life balance and culture
  • IT, media and educational resources
  • campus services, space and OHS
  • website (internal working website)

4 Strategy, Business Development & Resources

This portfolio incudes, for example:

  • Faculty vision and strategy
  • finance
  • course profile
  • development
  • external relations and partnerships
  • marketing
  • website (external website)

Communication and Reporting

Agendas and minutes will be placed on the Faculty Web site. The agenda for each meeting together with relevant papers will be placed on the website one full working week prior to meetings. Minutes will normally be placed on the website within one working week of the meeting.
