This introductory course is designed for people looking to gain employment in schools as non-teaching personnel. This course is also of benefit to people wishing to undertake the Integration Aide / Teacher Aide course.

  • Skills and qualities of an SSO
  • The application process
  • Responding to key selection criteria
  • Working with children
  • Working in teams;
  • Dealing with difficult people and difficult situations.
