Resources for Workshop 3

Registration for Workshop 1

All new participants, please make sure that you complete the Registration and accommodation requirements for Workshop 1 by Wednesday 18 March 2009.

Preparation for Workshop 1

As part of the program, you will develop and implement a Strategic Improvement Plan (SIP) that is consistent with and aligned to your school’s strategic plan/charter to improve student learning.

You will need to bring the following documents to the 1st Workshop:

  1. Latest school level report
  2. Four-year School Strategic Plan
  3. Annual Implementation Plan (2009)
  4. A hard copy of your completed iLead Self Assessment 360 degree survey

In addition, the following documents may be helpful to have with you:

  1. School annual reports, 2008/2009
  2. Managed Individual Pathways report (secondary colleges only)
  3. Any relevant documents (e.g., Performance and Development Culture, PoLT).
  4. Any other policy documents that may be helpful
