Research into movement

MEC researchers investigate different types of movement experiences and their implications for pedagogical development in such environments as physical education in schools, coaching in clubs and facilitation in the outdoors. We are also interested in how moving is shaped by various temporal and spatial conditions, such as environmental, social and geographical factors, so that moving and movement experiences can be better planned and conducted.
