Project summary
The World Yearbook of Education is a prestigious annual publication that has reviewed developments in education across the world for the past 50 years. It is currently published by Routledge and sells in hardback particularly to libraries.
The primary aims of the World Yearbook of Education are to:
- Identify and interrogate an aspect of education that is significant in terms of global education developments;
- Document these global developments by drawing together contributions relevant to the theme from researchers in different countries around the world;
- Conceptualise the theme in a way that builds on existing knowledge in the field and also frames a cutting edge research agenda for the future.
