And we actually - by students for students so if you are Honour Students, Master Students or PHD Students we support you in your research activities. At Clayton campus we have monthly seminars and workshops, where we invite staff and support staff to conduct workshops for students, and this is to support students' research, and besides that we also have a weekly Wednesday social networking lunch which is held at Room 324 every Wednesday 12.30 to 1:30.

And at Peninsula campus every third Tuesday at Struan Building we have a monthly meeting and a monthly interactive workshop, so the interactive workshop starts at 11:00am and it finishes at 12:00pm, so in these interactive workshops what we do is we invite staff or students, and they talk about a topic that is of interest to the other students, and you are welcome to attend, so it's in Struan Building and then when we've finished the interactive workshop we have our monthly meeting, which is from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, and on Fridays we meet at the Cafeteria from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, and we call these Friday Food for Thought, so usually we talk about if you have any questions that you have of MERC, or you can also share your research with other students.
At MERC Clayton and MERC Peninsula we organise each year on July a MERC Conference, so all the students share their research and present their research, so it's a very friendly conference that you can present your research to other students and staff members.

We also have the Emerging Researchers Open Seminars which is called EROS for short, and that is monthly opportunity for HDR students to present their work to their peers.
