  • Monash Research Graduate School - The Monash Research Graduate School coordinates the university’s postgraduate research training activities. Located here are all the forms you will ever need, and other information relevant to being a postgraduate student at Monash, e.g., awards, scholarships, funding for conference travel, postgraduate centre.
  • Faculty of Arts Research Student's Survival Guide.
    A simple guide to research study applicable to all students, not just arts.
  • Handbook for Doctoral and Master of Philosophy Degrees (link to a MRGS page) - The information provided in this handbook is designed to assist candidates enrolled in a doctoral program, supervisors of doctoral candidates, and administrators of doctoral programs.
  • Monash Ethics Applications - Any research project conducted at Monash University involving human subjects must be approved by the appropriate ethics committee. For Faculty of Education students this is usually the Standing Committee on Ethics in Research on Humans. Application forms for ethical approval are available on-line.
  • Search Monash Libraries - This links to the Monash Voyager catalogue, the Monash library search program. Monash libraries can be searched, loans renewed or books put on hold.

  • Document Delivery Service - Document Delivery provides a service for interlibrary loans, intercampus loans, and requests for journal articles from journals not held in Monash libraries. You need to be registered with DocDel to use this service, but that can be done on-line too.

  • exPERT seminars.
    Monash Research Graduate School (MRGS) provides ongoing study support through the exPERT seminars.
  • ERIC Database.
    An international database for research on education-related topics. The database however misses most Australian sources, so researchers should always check the Australian Education Index.
  • Monash Research Graduate School News (online newsletter) -  Seminars, scholarships and stories from the Monash Research Graduate School.
