Abstract submissions for ARECE 2010 are now open.
Registrations will close on 11th January.

The student rate is only available to full time students. To receive the student rate you must email a copy of your student ID card showing proof of your full time study status to the .

If you are registering for day registration only, please indicate which day/days you will be attending on the registration form.

Registration and payment

To register, please complete the online registration form.

If you are a presenter please pay by November 20 2009. If you are a delegate, please pay by January 11 2010.

Payment options

Online Payment
To make an online payment please proceed to the online payment facility. You will be automatically directed to this site when you have completed your online registration.

Cheque / Money order
Please send your cheque / money order (made payable to Monash University) to:

Tax invoice
If you have indicated you require a tax invoice on your registration form, we will forward a tax invoice to you.

Student payment
To receive the student rate you must email a copy of your student ID card showing proof of your full time study status to the  .

Cancellation policy and fees

If you cancel your registration the following fees will apply:

  • Prior to 11 December 2009 - $35
  • Between 12 December 2009 and 11 January 2010 - $100.
  • After 12 January 2010 - no refunds.
    Delegate substitutions will be accepted from 12 January until 5pm on 18 January 2010.
