Biography

Fida Sanjakdar has taught in the primary, secondary and tertiary education sectors. Her PhD research was a qualitative study which used critical action research to critique ideology and bring about curriculum reform to sexual health education for Australian Muslim youth. She has published widely in the areas of curriculum theory, critical pedagogy, sexual health education, cultural and religious studies.
