Monash School Reviews - Project management process

To allow for sufficient and comprehensive external and internal communication processes, the project director, Ms Anita Forsyth, and the project advisory group have developed an internal management process. This process is intended to manage the communication strategy and quality assurance for the Monash school review process.

The management structure ensures that information flow, contractual arrangements and key relationships are managed in an efficient and effective manner. The formal structural links to the operations of the project will allow for immediacy of information distribution, ongoing feedback and continuous improvement to all aspects of the Monash review process.
