How to apply

Submit  your application no later than Monday 6 May 2013.

All applications received will be acknowledged by return email.

Interview

Brief phone interviews will be conducted with all applicants between 27 and 30 May 2013

You will be notified by email of the outcome of your interview. You will also be contacted if you have been placed on a waiting list or if your application has not been successful.

Successful applicants will be required to attend two compulsory pre-departure information sessions. The following documentation will be required at the first meeting:

• a copy of the 1st page of your passport;

• a completed Monash Abroad application which will be emailed to you once you have been accepted into the program

You will be notified of the information session dates when you receive confirmation of your place in the program.

Payment schedule for 2013

Withdrawal from the placement after 29 June 2013 will incur an administration fee of $150 plus any non-refundable costs incurred by the University with regard to travel and accommodation arrangements.
