How to apply

Download and complete Application form 2009 (doc 67Kb).

Email your application form to by Monday 20 April 2009.

All applications received will be acknowledged by return email.

Interview

Since the applications exceed the available places, all applicants will be required to attend an interview in addition to their written application.

You will be notified by email of the outcome of your interview. You will also be contacted if you have been placed on a waiting list or if your application has not been successful.

Successful applicants will be required to attend three tutorial sessions. The following documentation will be required at the first meeting:

  • a copy of the 1st page of your passport;
  • a copy of your travel insurance document;
  • a completed Monash Abroad application which will be emailed to you once you have been accepted into the program;
  • a copy of your WES results. Official transcripts are not required; and
  • a printed bank statement for your Monash Abroad subsidy.

You will be notified of information session dates when you receive confirmation of your place on the program.

Withdrawal from the teaching placement after 3rd July 2009 will incur an administration fee of $150 plus any non-refundable costs incurred by the University with regard to travel and accommodation arrangements.
