Philanthropy and giving to the Faculty of EducationContact us
The Faculty of Education is involved in teaching, research and engagement activities across a wide range of areas. These areas include early childhood, primary, secondary and adult education, sport and outdoor recreation, Higher, vocational and post-compulsory education, school and organisational leadership, counselling and psychology. Philanthropy can help us to continue to work and provide teaching, research and services in these areas. With your support we can continue to nurture our students to become exceptional educators and contributors to our communities. Faculty of Education Dean, Professor John Loughran is seeking to establish more generous bursaries for exceptional PhD students who will go on to make a real difference in the community; and to offer more scholarships for bright students and those in financial need. The Faculty offers a range of scholarships and bursaries to exceptional students and students from low socio economic backgrounds. We are indebted to some generous benefactors who through their philanthropy have created bursaries and those who sponsor awards for students. Our supporters include the Invergowrie Foundation, Victoria Teachers Credit Union and the Australian Council for Educational Leaders.
