Request for Working With Children Check (WWCC) Application Form

Victorian based Pre-service teachers enrolled in a Faculty of Education Early Childhood, Primary or Secondary course, who are required to complete a Working With Children Check (WWCC) application, may request an application form to be mailed to them by submitting their details below.

NB: only one request per pre-service teacher should be made.
