This pathway is designed to meet the needs of teachers, lecturers, trainers, enterprise-based teachers, community educators, educational administrators, policy makers, education managers and others interested or involved in adult learning, vocational and further education and training, and educators who wish to understand and investigate education policy and practice in a variety of learning contexts.
