National Centre for History Education

This centre ceased its operations at the end of 2006.

The National Centre for History Education was a Monash-based Australian Government centre funded by the Department of Education, Science and Training. The Centre's Director was Associate Professor Tony Taylor and its Manager was Ms Scilla Rantzen. During the period 2003-2006, the NCHE was the central agency for the $2.63 million Commonwealth History Project.
